Wellness Circle for Expectant Parents

I am so excited you have taken the time to learn more about what we offer in our Wellness Circles.  

Each Circle is focused on a select group but open to everyone. This circle focuses on Expectant Parents or Couples/Mothers wanting to begin a journey of parenting.  

Within these circles you will get to meet other parents in similar situations. You will find that in our circles it is a safe space to freely talk about any thoughts (fears, worries, excitements)  that are on your mind. 

Each Circle you will begin with a hypnosis track, be able to listen or be a part of open talk, work on reprogramming into a more positive mindset, Breath Work, and creating Positive Affirmations to take away.   

Once you purchase this Wellness Circle you will get an email with the confirmation and zoom link for the class. 

This class will be recurring each week. If you find yourself wanting to return to our circles after your first class please consult with me directly to get you set up on a month to month plan!  

*These classes will be held in person for Salt Lake county and Utah County once I find the perfect space to host our weekly circles.
