SUPPORT FOR THE SEASON YOU'RE IN

  • You want guidance that helps you understand your baby and trust yourself.
  • You want to rest knowing your babies needs are met with gentle, responsive care.
  • You want someone beside you who understands newborn behavior and makes sense of feeding, soothing and sleep.

We take the nights.
You take them back.

Catching Bubbles is a private newborn support team in Utah. A trained specialist comes to your home overnight, cares for your baby while you sleep, and hands the morning back to you rested enough to be the parent you actually are.

Not a babysitter. Not a night nurse. Someone who reads your baby and teaches you to read them too.

WHAT A NIGHT COULD LOOK LIKE

From Evening to Morning

Welcoming someone into your home is sacred. Here's an example of how an overnight visit can unfold. Each night is tailored to your families needs.

9:00 PM

A calm start to the night

We check in about your day, your babies needs, and answer questions before you settle in to rest

9:30 PM – 5:00 AM

Responsive care while you rest

We provide feeding support, diaper changes, and soothing. If your nursing, we bring your baby to you. Bottles and pump parts are cleaned and baby laundry is folded.

Through the dark

Getting to know your baby

We document feeds, sleep, diaper changes and what helps your baby settle. These observations guide responsive care and help you recognize your babies developing rhythms.

5:00 – 7:00 AM

Start the day with clarity

A written night log, and a thoughtful handoff to help you understand how the night went and what may support your baby next

Our why

Every baby is already communicating.
Nobody taught you the language.

Confidence does not come from a stricter schedule. It comes from understanding — and understanding is teachable. These are the four things we will not compromise on, in your home or in our training.

01

Communication before correction

Before we change anything, we find out what the baby is telling us. A behavior is a message, not a problem to fix.

02

Regulate before educate

A dysregulated baby cannot learn and a depleted mother cannot absorb. Calm comes first — for both of you.

03

Rhythm over routine

We do not hand you someone else's clock. We find the rhythm your baby already has and build the night around it.

04

Support the whole family

The baby is not the only one being born. Partners, siblings, and the mother's own transition are all part of the care.
